Informed consent

I confirm I have been informed that: Laser treatments are over a course of treatments, the duration of time is dependent according to the clients skin / hair condition. Clients are advised not to expose the treated area / areas to the sun directly after laser treatments. Contra indications are epilepsy, pregnancy or breast feeding. Alcohol intake should be avoided 12 hours after the treatment. Waxing, tweezing, threading removal hair root is to be avoided. Lipo Fat dissolving injections, saunas, steam baths, alcohol are to be avoided 12 hours post treatment, clients with bean, pea or soya allergy, diabetes, pregnancy, breast feeding are non candidates. I agree for my Aesthetic practitioner to use pictures before and after my treatment.
